The menu on the left lists links to different resources. The first link, Visit Forms, opens a page where various forms can be downloaded and printed. The second link, Procedures, opens a page containing detailed information about the different diagnostic procedures performed by the staff, including office and hospital procedures. The third link, Send a Message, opens a form that allows you to send a message to the staff and ask simple questions regarding the practice and the diseases that we treat.
